Any complaints regarding quality must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with proof (photo/video).
Returns are accepted only for damaged or spoiled products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Products once opened or used will not be eligible for return or refund.
Replacements will be made after verification and approval by our quality team.
Distributors and resellers must not alter the original packaging or branding without written consent.
Unauthorized resale, repackaging, or mixing of our products with other brands is strictly prohibited.
Distributors must follow pricing and marketing guidelines provided by the company.
Our company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse or storage negligence.
Customers are advised to store the flour in a cool, dry place and use it within the recommended shelf life.
